Okay, I just don't understand the Treasury thing on Etsy. I keep checking and there are never less than 333 lists at one time. I wonder if it's necessary to sit and wait and stare at your computer screen for hours until one opens up. Or maybe you just need to get lucky and hit the site on a day when everyone else is doing something else. It seems like there must be a better way and, because I would rather be part of the solution, I'll spend some time thinking about it to see if I come up with anything.
Etsy should do wish lists instead of favorites perhaps and make them public for everyone to be able to see. And these wish lists could have collections that resemble treasuries. Or something like that.
I'm not sure what the solution is exactly, but I do know the Treasury thing requires a time commitment during which most of us would rather be making the things we sell.
All in all, I love Etsy with big red hearts, so don't get me wrong. I'd like to be selling a bit more, but I'm willing to put in my time and pay my dues like everyone else. I have heard that there are issues with Etsy and Google which are a little concerning. I'm trying to be confident in the fact that the people who run Etsy are working diligently to fix any bugs and make it the best place to sell handmade goods and art online.
